Diana Tzvetkova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and civil engineering. Currently serving as a Programme Baseline Change Manager at Houses of Parliament Restoration & Renewal since January 2021, Diana oversees the documentation and approval of changes to the Programme Baseline, ensuring adherence to governance protocols. Prior to this, Diana worked at Arcadis from September 2014 to January 2021, initially as a Change Manager for the Lower Thames Crossing, leading controlled baseline changes, and previously as a Civil Engineer, delivering compliant civil and structural designs. Diana's background also includes a role as Site Engineer on the Crossrail West Stations project with VINCI Construction UK, and as a Systems Engineer on the Edinburgh Tram Project with Siemens. Diana holds a Master of Science in Construction Project Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia, Bulgaria.
