Charlotte Kong is an experienced professional in operations and program management with a background in various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Business Systems Product Group Manager at Houses of Parliament Restoration & Renewal since January 2023, Charlotte previously held the role of Operations Excellence Manager at Zencargo from September 2021 to December 2022. Prior experience includes several positions at Amazon between September 2017 and August 2021, including Retail Operations & Initiatives Programme Manager for Amazon Fresh Stores International and Program Manager for Amazon Global Logistics. Additional experience at Dictate IT Ltd as a Managed Services Senior Processor and roles at words.hk as a Lexicographer Intern demonstrate a strong foundation in managing operations and linguistics.
