Alrek M. has extensive experience in the home inspection and property management sectors, currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Operations at HouseMaster Canada since October 2013, focusing on franchisee support. In addition, Alrek has been an Instructor for the Home Inspection Training Program at Sheridan College since 2001, covering various subjects including roofing, plumbing, and electrical systems. Previous roles include association executive at the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors, where responsibilities included implementing operational procedures and managing membership registries, and Lead Inspector at Mike Holmes Inspections, conducting a full range of inspections. Alrek's leadership experience also includes serving as President and Vice President of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors and holding inspection and auditing positions at various companies over the years.
