In 2001, they became the CEO of AFFC, American Funding and Financial Corporation. In 2005, they became the CEO of WealthTrak Inc. In 2007, they became the Executive Director of Homeowner Rescue Alliance. In 2008, they became a Senior Mortgage Consultant at Guild Mortgage Company and a Mortgage Consultant, Financial Planner, and Radio Personality at Homeowner Help Radio. In 2012, they became the Chief Business Officer at Neighborhood Housing Services Silicon Valley. Finally, in 2015, they became the Founder of HouseKeys.
Julius Nyanda has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of San Francisco, obtained between 2012 and 2014. Julius also holds a Financial Planning Certificate from Kaplan University, obtained in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained an Accredited Mortgage Professional from MBA School of Mortgage Banking between 2004 and 2006.
