Kristina Adduci began their career in 2010 as a Team Fox Officer for The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. In 2013, they co-founded Art Zealous, and in 2016, they became a Creative Consultant for WorkVille. In 2018, they founded and became CEO of House of Puff Inc., a company that makes art-inspired cannabis accessories and produces educational content. House of Puff is Latina-led and women-owned, and is transforming the cannabis industry with fashionable, upmarket consumption devices.

Kristina Adduci's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Scranton from 2004 to 2008, a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from William Paterson University of New Jersey from 2008 to 2010, and a course in Art Business from the New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies from 2013 to 2014.
