Michelle Micone, MBA, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in consumer products, marketing, and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as a Board Member at House of Possibilities and an Advisory Board Member at Screen Skinz and Action Face, Michelle also holds the position of Senior Vice President, Innovation and Strategic Initiatives at Boston Globe Media since October 2020. Previously, Michelle served as Senior Vice President, Consumer Products at the National Football League from September 2017 to February 2020, where leadership in licensing and digital marketing drove over $3 billion in retail revenue. Michelle's earlier roles include Vice President positions at Hasbro, as well as participation in Chief, an organization supporting senior women leaders. Academic credentials include an MBA from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BA in History from UCLA, complemented by a Certificate in Global Leadership from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
