Katie Terino is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in nonprofit management and education. Currently serving as Chair of the Executive Committee at Advocates for Autism of Massachusetts since May 2023, Katie has been the President & CEO of House of Possibilities since August 2018, where responsibilities also included roles as Executive Director and Interim Director of Advancement. Previously, Katie held the position of Director of Outreach at Riverbend School, focusing on marketing and business development from March 2015 to June 2017. As a consultant in institutional advancement from 2014 to 2016, Katie supported elementary schools in strategic planning and enrollment management. Additional roles include founding board member and acting business manager for St. Benedict Elementary School and positions in client sales, marketing, and operations at various educational institutions. Katie holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree from Boston University's Questrom School of Business.
