Austin Elder has gained a wide range of work experience throughout their career. Austin started in 2009 as a Sales Representative at Home Shield Pest Control. Austin then moved on to become a Sales Manager at EcoShield Pest Control in 2011, where they successfully managed a team of 15 salesmen. In 2014, they became an American Sales Specialist at Smart City Vocational College, traveling the east coast of Australia and recruiting citizens for further education. Austin also assisted in accessing funding for those who needed it.

In 2015, Austin took on the role of Sales Representative at Ecoshield Pest Control before joining Utah State University in 2017. At the university, they worked as a Videographer in Media Production and then became the Video Content Manager for USU Student Media.

Austin's career then took a turn towards the animation industry when they joined House of Moves in 2019 as a Business Development Specialist. Here, they worked on motion capture and animation projects for blockbuster movies, video games, and commercials. Austin also had a brief stint at Animation Vertigo in the same role.

In 2018, Austin decided to pursue their passion and started their own venture, Austin Elder Studio, where they worked as a Visual Storyteller. Additionally, they have served as a Board Member for Going Beyond Borders since 2017.

Austin Elder attended Mountain Crest High School from 2007 to 2009, where they received their high school diploma. After that, they went on to study at Utah Valley University from 2012 to 2014, earning an Associate's Degree in Integrated Studies. Following that, Austin pursued higher education at Utah State University from 2016 to 2020, focusing on Broadcast Journalism.
