Mike DiLaura is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the cannabis industry and corporate operations. Currently serving as the Chief Corporate Operations & General Counsel at House of Dank Cannabis Company since August 2020, DiLaura previously held the position of Partner at Cannabis Attorneys of Michigan from 2019 to August 2020, contributing to the firm's status as a leading cannabis law firm in the state. Additional roles include General Counsel & Broker at Cannabis Property Brokers of Michigan and Account Executive/General Counsel at The Outloud Group. DiLaura founded Mike DiLaura & Associates PC, where services focused on personal and small business financial legal needs from 2005 to 2018, and also served as a part-time faculty member at Oakland University from 2006 to 2012. DiLaura earned a Juris Doctorate from Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Eastern Michigan University.
