Cheryl Sonnek is an experienced professional in health coaching and quality management, currently serving as the Franchise Owner of House of Colour Mankato since August 2023. Prior to this role, Cheryl held various positions at Level2 from March 2020 to July 2023, including Associate Director Coaching and Lifestyle Health Coach. Cheryl's extensive background includes a significant tenure at HealthFitness from August 2006 to February 2020, where responsibilities encompassed Accreditation and Quality Manager, Seminar and Health Education Manager, Supervisor of Health Coaching and Advising, and Health Coaching and Advising. Cheryl coordinated accreditation activities, managed quality improvement projects, and supervised teams, while also providing one-on-one wellness coaching. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Community Counseling and Student Personnel from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from South Dakota State University.
