Ryan Taylor, CHC has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Ryan started their career in 2015 as a Logistics Intern at Cascades, where they gained experience in inventory management and quality assurance. In 2017, they worked as a Project Engineer Intern at Atlantic Corporate Contracting, LLC, where they were responsible for RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
In 2018, Ryan joined Hourigan and progressed through various roles. Ryan initially worked as a Project Engineer, where they established processes and procedures for document control, issue resolution, and coordination on a large project valued at over $300M. Ryan then transitioned to the role of Assistant Project Manager, where they gained experience in managing medical equipment suite renovations and facility renovations worth millions of dollars. Ryan also acted as the acting Project Manager for a medical equipment renovation project.

Ryan Taylor, CHC, earned their Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management Engineering from North Carolina State University from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Science from Richmond Community College from 2010 to 2014. Ryan also completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at Richmond Early College High School during the same period.
In addition to their formal education, Ryan Taylor has obtained several certifications. In June 2017, they became Procore Certified as a Superintendent and also obtained the OSHA 10 Hour certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute in May 2017. Ryan was also certified as a Procore Associate in May 2017.
Ryan Taylor further enhanced their qualifications by obtaining certifications such as Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) from the US Army Corps of Engineers in December 2022, and Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) from the American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE) in October 2022. Additionally, they obtained the OSHA 30 Hour certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute in November 2018 and became an Associate Member of the American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE) in June 2022.
Ryan Taylor has also acquired the CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the National Safety Council in October 2020, and they hold the VDOT Certified Traffic Flagger certification from the Virginia Department of Transportation, obtained in January 2019.
