Yair Nativ's work experience includes being the Co-founder and CEO of HOUR25.AI, a digital solution that improves human attention in real time. Yair has also worked as a Founding Member of BuildTheFuture.Work. Prior to that, Yair was the Co-founder of Safe Lane, an NGO that developed a mobile app to combat aggressive driving, which was later acquired by the Road Safety Authority. Yair has also worked as a Contributing Writer for Lifehack.org and as a Public Speaker under their own company, YN. Additionally, Yair was a Co-founder of Voiceable, a company that creates AI-based voice assistants for websites. Yair served as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Joy Ventures, exploring wellness investments, and as a Fellow at What If Ventures. Yair also worked as an Innovation Manager at Hagshama, overseeing digital projects for a leading investment company. Yair started their career as an Editor at Calcalist.

Yair Nativ has a diverse education history. Yair attended the University of Haifa from 2008 to 2012, where they completed both a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Political Science and Government. Additionally, Yair Nativ completed the Tapas MBA program at Microsoft Ventures Academy in 2016, obtaining an International Mini MBA Program certification. In 2018, they participated in the Executive Leadership Program at the Paul Merage School of Business, University of California, Irvine, offered by the Merage Institute. Most recently, in 2021, Yair Nativ pursued studies in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Brandeis University. Yair also holds a certification from the Israeli Bar Association as a Lawyer.
