CFO started their career at Mattel, Inc. in 2010 as Sr. Director, Finance (Controller Organization). They were responsible for leading the global, $35 million Hyperion Financial Management System (FMS) implementation and Financial Planning & Analysis business process transformation project for the $5.7B global toy manufacturer with sales in 150+ countries. This included managing a 60+ person team.
In 2016, CFO was recruited by Snap Inc.'s CFO (a former Mattel colleague) to build the revenue accounting function and plan for the $824 million technology and camera company. CFO prepared the financial portions of the company’s Form S-1 Registration Statement prior to its 2017 IPO.
CFO's experience in finance has been vast and successful. They have led multiple projects and teams to success, always meeting or exceeding expectations. Their work has been essential in furthering the companies they have worked for.
