Daniela Montoya Rodríguez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Daniela started their career in 2014 as an Agente de Call Center DPS-Área de PQR at Millenium phone center S.A. From 2016 to 2016, they worked as an Asesora comercial de inmuebles at La Mansión Inversiones y Construcciones, where they provided sales advice for apartments and commercial spaces. Daniela then joined Rappi in 2017 as a TEAM LIDER SUPORT, where they supervised a support team and ensured optimal service levels across multiple countries. At Yanbal, they served as a High Potential Trainee from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, Daniela joined Vueltap as a Customer Experience Analyst and later transitioned to Houm, where they held multiple roles including Operations Analyst, Operations Leader, Demand Manager, and currently serves as the Head of Operations Co.
