Harsh Talikoti, MRICS, has over 10 years of work experience in the field of valuation and transaction advisory. Harsh is currently working as a Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey, where they are responsible for setting up and leading the Corporate Valuation Advisory Services practice in India and the broader Asia region. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, they worked as a Director at D&P Advisory and as a Vice President at Kroll, leading and managing valuation and advisory practices. Harsh also has several years of experience at Duff & Phelps, where they held roles as Associate Vice President and Senior Consultant, and at American Appraisal, where they worked as a Senior Consultant and Analyst. Harsh started their career as an Analyst at Sainsbury's and interned at Indian Oil Corporation Limited. Throughout their career, Harsh has gained expertise in financial valuation engagements, including financial instruments, business valuation, M&A valuation, and intangible asset valuation. Harsh has performed valuations for various purposes, such as strategic decision making, financial reporting, and tax purposes, under different accounting standards.

Harsh Talikoti, MRICS, completed a Masters in Finance from the University of Leeds from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a BBA in Management from Karnatak University, from 2002 to 2005.
