Michelle Roddy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and educational content development. Currently serving as the LEAD Connected Manager at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt since August 2016, Michelle has held roles such as Senior Project Manager and Group Manager, where responsibilities included guiding project teams, coaching members in best practices, and advocating for process improvements. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Content QA Editor at Sapling Learning and as a Science Editor at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, focusing on editing and developing educational materials across various subjects.
