Harold Dukenik is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in telecommunications, customer service, and business operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Executive Director of Operations at Hotwire Communications Ltd since October 2018, Harold has played a key role in enhancing fiber optic telecommunications services for multi-family communities. Prior to this, Harold held the position of Senior Director of Solutions Delivery and Center Head at Sutherland, where management of client services and operations was paramount. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Operations and Telesales at Cross Country Home Services and Director of Client Services and Operations at Alorica. Harold's career began with roles in product development and customer service at Certified Vacations/Tours and American Express. Harold holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an MBA with concentrations in Finance, Economics, and Management from Florida State University.
