Michal Beňo has a diverse work experience that spans several years. Michal started their career in 2015 at GART-ART as a Landscape Architect and worked there until 2018. After that, they joined Atelier Flera as a Junior Landscape Architect and later moved on to become a Senior Landscape Architect. Michal Beňo worked at Atelier Flera until September 2022. Currently, they are employed at HOTOVO as a Software Engineer, starting in March 2023.

Michal Beňo attended Green Fox Academy in 2022 to study Computer Programming, Specific Applications. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a degree in Biotechnika parkových a krajinných úprav (Biotechnology of Landscape and Park Engineering) at Slovenská poľnohospodárska univerzita v Nitre, where they earned the title Inžinier (Ing.). Before that, from 2010 to 2013, Michal studied Záhradná a krajinná architektúra (Garden and Landscape Architecture) and obtained a Bakalár (Bc.) degree from the same university.
