Andrew Conklin has over 13 years of professional experience in software engineering and technology leadership. In 2009, they began their career as an App Developer at CGI, where they worked on C++ and JEE development for the Momentum Financials application across multiple clients. In 2012, they joined Synergy BIS as a Software Engineer, providing senior IT policy advisory to the US Air Force. Later that year, they became Co-founder & CTO of Routeam, where they built a client relations platform for yoga studios and fitness centers. In 2016, they joined Conkuer Technologies as a Principal Software Architect, where they were the first technical lead on-site for a new ERP system integrator. In 2017, they took on the role of Director of Product Engineering at Origent Data Sciences, Inc., where they designed and built web applications, APIs, and data engineering practices in clinical trial efficiency. Andrew also became a Business Mentor for the Startup Leadership Program in 2017. In 2019, they returned to Conkuer Technologies as a Fractional CTO, providing technical experience and leadership coverage to early venture clients. In 2022, they assumed the role of CTO at Hoth Intelligence.

Andrew Conklin received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Math from Western Michigan University in 2005. Andrew then obtained a Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org in September 2012. In 2016, they earned three Coursera Course Certificates in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Innovations, Healthcare Delivery Providers, and Healthcare Marketplace. In May 2018, they were awarded a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)². In March 2020, they were given a Chief Technology Officer Career Guide from LinkedIn. In April 2020, they completed the AI For Everyone course from Coursera. In September 2021, they obtained a Deep Learning Course with Flutter & Python - building 6 AI Apps certification from Udemy. Finally, in February 2022, they earned a Microsoft Office Add-ins for Developers certification from Linkedin Learning, and in June 2022 they obtained a Next.js & React - The Complete Guide certification from Udemy.
