Ronnie Holmen is an experienced culinary professional specializing in pastry and dessert creation. Currently serving as a ¹ó²¹²µ±ôæ°ù±ð°ù at Hotel- og Restaurantskolen since January 2021, Ronnie Holmen is responsible for teaching and planning the foundation courses for bakers and pastry chefs, in addition to conducting professional courses and managing various projects. Ronnie Holmen is also the owner of RonnieHolmen since June 2019.
