Rizwan Alam is currently serving as the Information System Manager at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts since October 2023. Prior experience includes the role of IT & Digital Transformation Manager at Anjum Hotel Makkah, managing a 1743 rooms inventory, and Information System Manager at The Den Bengaluru. Rizwan's career in IT management commenced at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts as a System Executive and included positions at various prestigious hospitality groups, such as the Ramee Group Of Hotels, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), and Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group. Rizwan holds a Master of Computer Applications from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology and has several certifications including Microsoft Certified System Administrator and a Diploma in Hardware Networking.
