Alta O. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alta started their career at Statebridge music venue as an Assistant Operations Manager in 2013. Alta then worked at PAC3 Carbondale as a Box Office Manager from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, Alta briefly worked as a Box Office Manager at WinterWonderGrass, where they ran the festival box office and managed festival goers. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Marketing & Events Director at Ascendigo. In 2019, Alta founded their own company, OSM DELIVERY, LLC, where they worked as the Owner until 2023. During 2022, they worked as a Life Enrichment Director at WellAge Senior Living. Currently, Alta is working as a Sales Manager at Hotel Colorado.

Alta O. started their education in 1994 and completed their high school education at Aspen High School in 1998. After a gap of several years, they pursued further education and attended Colorado Mountain College from 2010 to 2012. Here, they obtained an Associate's degree in E-Commerce Business.
