Silvia Solé Porta has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Silvia started their career in 2002 as the Director of the Technical/Procurement Department at Qualifred S.L. In 2009, they became the Responsible for Projects at GRUPO GEINSA and later worked as the Maintenance Manager at INTRA, Instalaciones y Tratamientos S.A. In 2010, Silvia joined Sistemas de Climatización y Ahorro Energético as a Design Project Engineer. Finally, in 2012, Silvia began working at Hotel Arts Barcelona, initially as the Assistant Director of Engineering and later promoted to Director of Engineering.

Silvia Solé Porta's education history begins in 1989 when they attended the Universidad Politècnica de Manresa. Silvia completed their studies in 1993, earning a degree in Ingrniero Técnico Industrial with a specialization in Mecánica and Cálculo de Estructuras Metálicas. Following this, in 1996, they enrolled in the Dale Carnegie Training Systems, where they obtained a Master's degree in Comunicación, Oratoria, and Liderazgo en Grupo. Then, in 2000, Silvia pursued further education at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, graduating in 2001 with a Posgrado in Instalaciones en Edificios.
