Pascha Bhatti has extensive experience in hotel management and operations, currently serving as Hotel Manager and Director of Operations at Hotel Arts Barcelona since July 2022. Previous roles include Director of Operations at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., and Director of Beverage and Food at W Hotels. Bhatti has held various leadership positions within the food and beverage sector, overseeing operations, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. Notable achievements include receiving the "Leader of the Year" award in 2015 and participating in the pre-opening task force for The Ritz-Carlton, Macao. Educated at Villa Blanka, Bhatti earned a Diplom in Hotel Management from the Secondary Vocational College for Tourism, Hotel and Catering.
