Gabriel MBASSE has a diverse work experience in the sales, marketing, and hospitality industry. Gabriel started their career as a Sales Executive at MTN Cameroon in 2006 and held various roles including Corporate Account Executive and Data & Device Sales Coordinator. In 2016, they became an Area Sales Coordinator at the same company, a position they held until 2020. In 2004, Gabriel worked as a Hospitality/Restaurant Teacher at Ecole Nationale d'Hôtellerie et de Tourisme. Gabriel'smost recent positions include Sales & Marketing Head at Hotel Akwa Palace Officiel from March 2020 to present, and Sales & Marketing Head at Hôtel AKWA HIN from January 2021 to present. Gabriel is responsible for defining and implementing marketing and sales strategies, analyzing market needs, developing pricing strategies, marketing products and services, enhancing brand identity and reputation, executing communication activities, monitoring customer satisfaction, leading the sales team, and reporting. Gabriel prioritizes customer satisfaction in all their activities.
Gabriel Mbasse completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Sales and Commerce at the University of Montpellier from 2007 to 2008. Gabriel then pursued further studies at the Ecole Nationale d'Hôtellerie et de Tourisme, where they obtained a BTS degree in Business Management in the field of Restaurant Enterprises from 2001 to 2003. Afterwards, Gabriel went on to pursue a Master's degree from 2015 to 2017 at the Université de Yaoundé 2, specializing in Marketing, Commerce, and Sales.
