Karen Fleck is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and finance, currently serving as the COO of HotDocs at Mitratech since June 2024. Prior to this role, Karen was COO of HotDocs at CARET from August 2022 until its acquisition by Mitratech. Karen’s career includes significant positions such as VP, COO, and CFO at Rented, where the mission focused on supporting local communities, and multiple leadership roles at RealtyMogul.com and American Assets Investment Management. Karen founded Start It Advisors, LLC, and gained foundational experience as a Supervisor at McGladrey & Pullen. An academic background in accounting includes a Masters of Science from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the same institution.
