Jeff Allison is an experienced executive with a robust background in customer operations and support. Currently serving as SVP of Customer Operations at CARET since June 2022, Jeff has previously held significant roles such as Head of Customer Experience at The Black Tux and SVP of Global Merchant Support at Visa. With a tenure at Cybersource as Vice President of Customer Support and as Manager of Customer Service at Harland Clarke, Jeff has consistently demonstrated strong leadership in enhancing customer experiences. Jeff's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Marketing Emphasis from Utah Valley University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
