Nikola Zgurev has been working in the tech industry since 2015. Nikola started their career as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at FastComet and has since moved to HostArmada, where they currently serve as a Technical Support Manager.

Nikola Zgurev obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Food Technology, Plovdiv between 2011 and 2015. In 2021, they obtained three certifications from cPanel: cPanel & WHM Sales Professional-CPSP, cPanel & WHM Administrator Certification-CWA, and cPanel Professional Certification-CPP.
