Silvana Martín has a diverse work experience in the creative and visual design field. Silvana is currently working as the Creative & Visual Design Lead at Høst Creative, where they handle clients such as United Nations agencies. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Professor at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC).

Silvana has also held positions as an Art Director at DDB Spain, Darwin Social Noise, and AR DIFUSIÓN, where they demonstrated their expertise in art direction. Silvana began their career as an Art Director at Ikebana Estudio, where they worked until 2013.

Silvana Martín obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General from the Universidade de Vigo in 2009. Later, in 2008 and 2009, they attended Universidad de Guadalajara and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Silvana then pursued two Master's Degrees simultaneously from 2012 to 2013, one in Education from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela and another in Advertising from Universidade de Vigo.
