Guillermo Castillo Novelo is a professional with extensive experience in psychology and human development. Currently serving as a Psicólogo at Empresa y Bienestar since September 2011, Guillermo facilitates group workshops on mental health and offers psychotherapeutic support. At Hospiten, holding the role of Responsable de S. Personal in Mexico since February 2019, responsibilities include recruitment, selection, and administrative functions related to personnel management, along with the application of NOM-035-STPS. Previous experience includes working as Ejecutivo de Bienestar y Salud at Dolphin Discovery, focusing on occupational health and safety programs, and as Coordinador de Bienestar at Palace Resorts, where Guillermo developed human development programs and fostered alliances for psychological support. Guillermo's educational background includes a Master's degree in Family Therapy and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Anáhuac de Cancún, as well as a diploma in Talent Management and Administration.
