Carlos Blanco Soler Palacios Pelletier is a medical professional specializing in Gynecology and Obstetrics with extensive experience in both public and private healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Head of the Obstetrics Department at Hospiten Clinica Roca since January 2021, Carlos previously held the position of Head of Gynecology at Hospitales Universitarios San Roque from November 2017 to December 2020.
