Jennifer Davis, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and compensation analysis, currently serving as a Compensation Analyst at Hospital Sisters Health System since April 2018. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at Memorial Health System (IL) from October 2000 to April 2018, including Benefits Analyst, System Director of Workforce Development & Recruitment, Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Coordinator, and Human Resources Generalist. Jennifer's career began at Doctors Hospital, where Jennifer worked as Human Resources Director from April 1999 to October 2000. Jennifer is an alumna of Eastern Illinois University.
