Debra Hoelscher is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in health informatics and clinical management. Since March 2011, Debra has held various roles at Hospital Sisters Health System, progressing from Clinical Informaticist to Manager of Clinical Informatics, and currently serves as the System Director of Health Informatics. Prior to this, Debra worked at St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital as the Surgical Care Department Supervisor from March 2005 to March 2011. Academic qualifications include a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix (2006-2007) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Illinois Wesleyan University (1999-2003).
