Mariana Aguirre has extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the Propietario at AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, where responsibilities include managing an online store dedicated to organic body care and environmental products. In addition, Mariana holds the position of Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management at Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and serving as a Nutrióloga at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed as a Catedrático universitario at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Educational credentials include a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
