Steve Toussaint is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems architecture and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Architect at Hospital for Special Surgery since January 2011, Steve is responsible for designing and managing the Active Directory 2019/Azure infrastructure and Exchange 2016/Office 365 systems for over 6,000 users. Previously, as the owner of StevesTechConsulting.com and a Senior Systems Engineer at Kaplan, Steve managed infrastructures for more than 10,000 users, including the design and maintenance of Exchange servers and Blackberry communications. Steve's career began in personal consulting at fixedmypc.net, specializing in software upgrades and hardware repairs, along with experience as a Senior Desktop Support Engineer at Kaplan. Steve holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from John Jay College (CUNY), completed in 2005.
