Angelo Ferreira has extensive experience in the medical field, particularly in general surgery. Since March 2009, Angelo has been serving as a General Surgeon at Lusíadas Saúde and has held a similar role at Hospital de Loulé since 2018. In addition to these positions, Angelo has been a General Surgeon at The Lisbon Smile Clinic since October 2019 and a member of the Working Group for Obesity Surgery at the Direção-Geral da Saúde since August 2019. Previously, from June 1997 to February 2009, Angelo worked as a Hospital Assistant and Chief of the Emergency Team at Centro Hospitalar Universitário de São João, coordinating the High-Differentiation Center for Obesity Surgery. Angelo Ferreira obtained a Medical Degree from Universidade de Coimbra.
