Art Rutherford is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, music, and delivery services. Currently serving as a Delivery Driver for Hospital Couriers since March 2022, Art has also been a Worship Leader for the Collin County Baptist Association since January 2001, providing interim and supply leadership. A long tenure in the education sector includes roles as a Special Education Teacher at Plano ISD and Substitute Teacher at Frisco ISD, along with serving as an Operations Associate at Prestonwood Christian Academy. Art has experience in sales as an Independent Agent for Aflac and has been involved in the energy sector as an IBO for XS Energy Drink since August 1991. Art holds a Master of Music degree in Ministry of Music from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and multiple degrees in music, journalism, and information technology from the University of Louisiana - Monroe, along with post-master studies in computer science and journalism from LSUS and Centenary College of Louisiana. Certified in Music in Louisiana, Art also possesses additional certifications in Journalism and Computer Literacy.
