Roberto Alves is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as Coordinator of Platform Engineering and Coordinator of Technology and Digital Products at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein since November 2018, overseeing six squads and 55 employees focused on Outpatient Medical Records. With a robust background in software development, Roberto has held various roles including Lead Software Engineer and Full Stack Developer, where experience encompasses software engineering, project management, and application development using agile methodologies such as Scrum. Additionally, Roberto is actively involved in academia as a Professor and Coordinator of the Technological Immersion Course at Faculdade Israelita Albert Einstein and has previously contributed as a visiting professor and software development instructor. Roberto holds an MBA in Business Management from USP and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from FIAP.
