Paul Jarvis is an experienced local government official and manager with a diverse professional background. As an Independent Councillor for the New Budleigh & Raleigh ward at East Devon District Council since May 2019, Paul has served in various roles including Former Chair of Licensing and Enforcement and Lead Member for Affordable Housing. Additionally, Paul has been a Store Manager at Hospiscare since August 2016, contributing to fundraising efforts for hospice services in Exeter and Honiton. Previously, Paul was a Councillor at Plymouth City Council from 2012 to May 2016, where responsibilities included chairing Taxi Licensing and involvement in various committees. Early career experiences include serving as a Housekeeping Supervisor at UPP and as President of BNP Facility Services, managing extensive operational support for major clients. Paul received education from Admiral Farraguts Academy and Battisborough International School between 1976 and 1983.
