Mrinalini Joshi, MD, MPH has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Mrinalini began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in 2007. Mrinalini then went on to complete their Family Practice Residency at the Cedar Rapids Medical Education Foundation from 2008 to 2011. Following this, they served as a Fellow in Hospice and Palliative Medicine at Wake Forest Baptist Health from 2011 to 2012.

In 2012, Dr. Joshi became a Hospice physician at the Hospice and Palliative Care Center in Winston-Salem, NC before joining Wake Forest Baptist Health as a Faculty Physician from 2013 to 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Medical Director at the Levine Dickson Hospice Home at Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region (HPCCR) since June 2014.

Dr. Mrinalini Joshi completed their education in a chronological order starting with their MBBS degree in Medicine from the University of Mumbai, which they obtained between 1994 and 2000. Following that, they pursued an MPH degree in Epidemiology at the University of Iowa from 2005 to 2006. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2011, they completed their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in the Family Medicine Residency Program at the Cedar Rapids Medical Education Foundation. Lastly, in 2011 to 2012, they undertook a Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship at Wake Forest University.
