Heather Serfass has extensive experience in healthcare and community relations, currently serving as the Education and Resource Manager at Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region since July 2013, after previously holding the role of Strategic Account Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Community Relations Director at Five Star Quality Care from March 2012 to July 2013, and as Community Sales Director at Atria Senior Living Group from May 2007 to March 2012. Earlier in Heather Serfass's career, a role as a Relocation Counselor at SIRVA Relocation from June 2004 to January 2006 provided foundational experience. Heather Serfass earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Miami University.
