Faith Fitzgerald, DMin, BCC, currently serves as the Director of Community Health Programs at Hospice of the Chesapeake since March 2022, leading initiatives in volunteer services, bereavement services, and psychosocial support. Prior experience includes roles as Clinical Practice Specialist - Chaplain at Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania and Spiritual Care Associate at Main Line Health, where spiritual support was provided to hospice and palliative care patients and families. Faith has also served as a Chaplain Resident at Einstein Healthcare Network and as Minister to Children and Families at Duke Memorial United Methodist. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Ministry from Lancaster Theological Seminary, a Master of Divinity from Campbell University Divinity School, and a Bachelor of Music Education from Wingate University.
