Tatiana Barsanti is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in quality management and patient care. Currently serving as Quality Manager at By The Bay Health since June 2021, Tatiana has also held roles as Site Manager SF/SM and Clinical Team Manager. Prior to this, Tatiana worked at Pathways Home Health and Hospice as Patient Care Manager from April 2018 to June 2021, and held the position of Director of Professional Services at Heartland Hospice Services for a brief period in late 2017. Tatiana's earlier career includes serving as Regional Care Coordinator at Sutter Care at Home and Team Manager at VITAS Innovative Hospice Care. Academic credentials include a Master's degree from the University of Phoenix and undergraduate studies at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
