Robert Vibat is an experienced Registered Nurse, currently serving as an RN Case Manager at By The Bay Health since June 2023, specializing in hospice care. Previously, Robert worked as a Triage and Advice RN at Kaiser Permanente, gaining expertise in telephonic RN triage from February 2018 to June 2023. Robert's background includes serving as an Intermediate Care RN at Sutter Health, where management of complex patient cases such as chest pain and COPD was key, and as a Trauma Med-Surg/Telemetry RN at Community Medical Centers, providing care in a Level 1 Trauma Hospital. Robert's earlier roles included office management and technical positions that involved extensive training in troubleshooting semiconductor inspection systems, along with volunteering in water sanitation and health in Sub-Saharan Africa. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University and ongoing studies in Palliative Care at California State University San Marcos.
