Karen Hodge is an experienced professional in operations and customer excellence within healthcare and social services. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Director at Baruch Senior Ministries since July 2021, Karen also holds the position of Customer Excellence Representative at Hospice at Home (Caring Circle) since April 2018, focusing on intake services for hospice and home care. Previously, Karen dedicated over three decades to the State of Michigan, performing various roles including Licensing Consultant, Rehabilitation Counselor, Child Welfare Supervisor, and Child Welfare Specialist, emphasizing support for individuals with disabilities and child welfare services. Karen holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University.
