Miguel Burillo Val is an experienced engineering manager currently working at Hosco since December 2018. Miguel specializes in coaching teams and managing web and data squads, overseeing infrastructure development in Google Cloud with Terraform, and enhancing production environments with Kubernetes among other responsibilities. Previous roles include lead developer, managing a squad and technical estimations, as well as full stack developer, focusing on microservices migration. Miguel's career also includes key positions as CTO and full stack developer at Sheltair.io, and CTO at Splendia, where leadership of multidisciplinary teams and implementation of Agile methodologies were emphasized. Additionally, Miguel has a background in freelance development and custom ERP solutions, supported by a postgraduate education in Agile Methods and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems.
