Mike Rouse is an experienced project manager currently working at Horwitz, Inc. since March 2014, with prior project management experience at Egan Company from May 2007 to March 2014. Additionally, Mike Rouse serves as a volunteer fire fighter for the City of Ramsey since 2015. Mike Rouse holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of St. Thomas, obtained between 2003 and 2008, and is a graduate of Mounds View High School, completing studies from 1999 to 2003.
