Jason Anom is an experienced professional in advocacy, public affairs, and consulting, currently serving as the Advocacy & Public Affairs Manager at Malaysian Recycling Alliance since June 2023. With a robust background in analyzing the hospitality, tourism, and leisure industry at Horwath HTL since September 2016, Jason has also held managerial and consultant roles at PEMANDU Associates and Lasaju Consulting Sdn Bhd, focusing on systemic issues in the plastics industry and developing strategies for plastics recycling. Additional experience includes consulting for SYSTEMIQ Ltd. on ocean plastic leakage, working with TRAFFIC on wildlife trafficking awareness, and advising Vikram Capital on legal matters surrounding mergers and acquisitions. Jason holds Bachelor’s Degrees in International Law & Animal Law from Northumbria University and International/Global Studies from the University of Sydney.
