Gemma Van Rooyen is an accomplished Global Programs Director at Horton International since August 2019, overseeing global programs, projects, board operations, and business development within a vast network of executive search and consulting firms. Prior to this role, Gemma served as Global Relationship Manager and Business Development Manager at Invenias Limited from January 2014 to June 2019, where expertise in executive search and recruitment software was utilized to optimize talent acquisition processes. Earlier experience includes a researcher position at Erevena, specializing in retained search across the technology sector from 2006 to 2009. Gemma holds a degree in Journalism and Social Anthropology from Solent University, completed in 2009.
