Andrey Philippov is an experienced executive search professional with a focus on the Middle East. Currently serving as an Advisor at Horton International since January 2020, Philippov also holds the position of Regional Director EMEA and manages the Horton International Russia office. Prior to these roles, Philippov was a Managing Partner at Horton International Russia from September 2006 to January 2023 and a Partner at the same firm. Previous experience includes being a Partner at Local Recruiting Company and a Consultant at Arthur Hunt from 2000 to 2002. Philippov holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the National University of Management, where studies were completed between 2000 and 2002, and a degree from the same institution from 1995 to 2000.
